Emerging Leaders Workshop

The Denice Denton Emerging Leaders Workshop is designed to promote leadership skills and opportunities for mid-career faculty (4-15 In a tenure faculty position) in the physical sciences and engineering, especially those who are underrepresented in academia.  If you would like to attend, click on the link below to submit your application. 

For individuals, costs of attending the June 3rd workshop are:

  • $275 through March 2nd, 2016 (early bird)
  • $325 through May 4th, 2016
  • $375 through May 20th, 2016

Travel Support

The travel funds available for this workshop come from an educational foundation and a federal agency. Please understand that limited funds are available for travel support. We recognize the importance of this workshop for your professional development. In that spirit, please only request funds for travel expenses that your institution will not be able to provide.
